The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 380/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366-A/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission of the petitioner that nothing has been stated by the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
