Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to invoke the arbitration clause contained in the written agreement dated 31.05.1991 entered into between the parties.

Liberty, as prayed for, granted.

It shall be open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same and subsequent cause of action, should the need so arise subsequently.
