It is mentioned in the Mentioning Slip that case relates to East Champaran district, but due to typographical error, name of the district has been typed as "West Champaran" at top of the order dated 11.12.2018 in the Cause Title. Perused the case record. It appears that instant case arise out of Sugauli P.S. Case No.441 of 2017 from the district of East Champaran, Motihari, but in the Data Base, at the time of Stamp Reporting, name of the district has been mentioned as 'West Champaran'.

In view of such, office is directed to verify it and make necessary correction in the Data Base with regard to name
