Grievance of the petitioner is that despite having obtained degree of Bachelor of Arts even prior to coming in service as a Matric Trained Teacher and having acquired M.A. degree during service, the petitioner has not been considered for promotion as B.A. trained at the post of Headmaster, whereas, other similarly situated persons have been considered and granted such benefit.
