The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Assistant Engineer, Electric Supply Sub-division, Nawada alleged that the petitioner submitted reading of meters of different consumers but when his Junior Engineer inspected some meters reading was found different and some meters reading was left by the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner cheated the company.
It is submitted that the petitioner has not cheated anybody. The petitioner gave meters reading of the consumers, as what he found at the time of his visit.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29809 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
