JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 In compliance of the order dated 16.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 1039 of 2019, the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura has passed an order dated 02.07.2022, which has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the present show cause, in which it has been stated that the case of the petitioner for promotion was required to be forwarded in the proper format along with all enclosures by the College in question, whereafter, the same would have been placed before

Patna High Court MJC No.424 of 2021(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 the Selection Committee and the process of promotion would have been initiated but the College has not forwarded any such papers/ Dossier of the petitioner for consideration of his case for promotion, hence the University is unable to process the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Principal of the College in question for submitting requisite documents in the appropriate proforma for the purposes of grant of promotion so that the same can be forwarded to the University and accordingly, appropriate process can be initiated for the purpose of grant of promotion to the petitioner.

Liberty so sought, is granted.
