In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.1.2017 by which he has been transferred from Sitamarhi District to State Headquarter, Patna. From the order it appears that petitioner instead of performing his duty is collecting the money.

On administrative ground petitioner has been transferred. This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2877 of 2017 (2) dt.07-09-2017 It is accordingly dismissed.
