Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.09.2014. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Md. Imran with Pharsa on his head and the injuries were found to be grievous in nature.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on the condition that he may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in jail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained in jail for six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
