The petitioner seeks bail in Barh P.S. Case No.394 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The informant arrested the petitioner while he was sitting in a bus and 22 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Special JudgeExcise, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.394 of 2018.
