The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,379,307, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the nature of injuries caused on Md. Aklakh, the case which has risen cross cases, and the specific injuries being attributed to Md. Nashim, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
