1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and any other appropriate nature directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner on a ClassIV post and for further direction to grant the petitioner all the consequential benefits."
