ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The application has been filed for modifying the order dated 1.10.2015 by which this Court had directed the S.D.M, Bhojpur at Arrah call for a fresh report from the Circle Officer with regard to position of dispute, on the ground that he has not done so till date.

I do not under understand how the application for modification is maintainable. The application stands disposed off. However, since this fact has been brought to the notice of this Court, the S.D.M, Bhojpur at Arrah is directed to comply with the order of this Court or be ready to face the consequences of contempt (Anjana Prakash, J) Prakash/- U T
