The present writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for promotion from Class-IV post to Class-III post as he is fulfilling all the eligibility criteria and Class III posts are also vacant.

Considering the nature of grievance, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before The Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.3) within a
