Counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the different dates of events, submits that the petitioner has been treated in a most inhuman manner and as such he deserves payment of compensation for the humiliation which the petitioner has faced on account of arbitrary action of the respondents. Counsel for the State submits that the writ petition is not a forum for deciding the claim raised by the petitioner for payment of compensation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3153 of 2017(5) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 I have gone through the materials available on the record. From the pleadings it appears that ultimate grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and after redressal of the grievance it is not appropriate for this Court to enter into further controversy which the petitioner has raised as those issues are subsidiary issues and not necessary to be adjudicated in the present proceeding.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise his grievance with regard to non-payment of subsistence allowance and salary before the respondent-District Programme Officer, Jehanabad who shall be under obligation to dispose of his representation and ensure payment of subsistence allowance and salary within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
