The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. case No. 748 of 2018 corresponding to Special Case No. 9819 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

30 Kg of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2018. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.
