The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Allegation is that the petitioner fired upon the informant, which caused injury in his chest and blood started oozing.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Due to petty reason the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody from 26.11.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. case No.1223 of 2017.
