Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The written report of the informant goes to show that allegation of firing is against other accused. So far as petitioner is concerned, no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.73453 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Bhojpur, Ara in Sahpur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
