The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 242 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that one person has come at J.P. Chowk from Kuchaikot for selling theft motorcycle. The informant along with Police personnel went there and found one person standing with Motorcycle near Kali Mandir. On demand, petitioner could not produce paper of the aforesaid Motorcycle. Counsel for the petitioner submits that no First Information Report has been lodged for theft of aforesaid Motorcycle by real owner against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 5.4.2019 having clean antecedent. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Town P.S.
