None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of opposite party no.2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with C.A.Case No. 730 of 2018.

As per the allegation, Hem Prabha, the complainant, who is the wife of the present petitioner, made allegation in her complaint petition that the petitioner demanded Rs. 50,000/- as dowry and due to non-filfilment thereof, he inflicted torture upon her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10379 of 2021(7) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 that a notice was sent to opposite party no.2/complainant, she appeared through Vakalatnama. The matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre as the petitioner was ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour, but she did not turn up before the Mediation Centre. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna City in connection with C.A.Case No. 730 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
