2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Teghra Police Station Case No. 229 of 2022, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the First Information Report, the petitioner assaulted the informant's brother Ankit Kumar by iron rod on his head due to which he sustained head injury.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are agnates and there is previous land disputes between them. It is next submitted that injury caused to the victim is simple in nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State referring to the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53777 of 2023(3) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 diary submits that it is correct that injury caused to Ankit Kumar by the petitioner is simple in nature.

6. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are agnates and the injury caused to the victim is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. This application is, accordingly, allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, Aman Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra Police Station Case No. 229 of 2022, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
