JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH) 04-05-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite release order passed by this Court, by order, dated 20.04.2017, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhojpur at Ara, is not releasing the vehicle on the ground that no e-mail in respect of the order, dated 20.04.2017, has been received from this Court, although certified copy of the order of this Court has also been filed before the court below.

It is clarified that no e-mail communication is being made in respect of the order passed in writ application. Office to communicate the order, dated 20.04.2017, passed in this case along with this order through FAX at the cost of the petitioner to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, who
