Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused person committed theft of motorcycle and was trying to escape.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that has been made accused on the disclosure made by co-accused who was apprehended on the spot. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
