JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Lakhisarai, District-Lakhisarai i.e. the respondent no. 4 for removal of encroachment made over public land by the encroachers pertaining to Khata No. 477, Khesra No. 500, Mauza-Mathar Khangaur, Block and P.S.-Lakhisarai. Liberty so sought is granted.
