The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 40 of the Mining Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that having no criminal antecedent, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees
