2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated persons have been granted relief and the petitioners are being denied of the same though the matter is squarely covered by the judgments of this Court annexed with the present writ petition.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to consider the case of the petitioners treating the writ petition as a representation. The representation must be decided with a speaking order within four weeks from today.
