The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonebarsa P.S. Case No.88 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47(a) of the Excise (Amendment) Act.

After arguing at length Mr. Y.V.Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to appear before the court and seek bail. Leave is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
