Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. CIII 205/18, registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act. Ramesh Yadav and petitioner Ranjit Kumar were apprehended while they were carrying 25 liters liquor in the dickey of the motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Excise Case No.CIII 205/18.
