The petitioner seeks regular bail in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 92/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. has been registered against 06 unknown persons. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithlesh Kumar @ Teju Yadav, Anuj Kumar @ Paithan, Prabhu Ravidas and Ashish Kumar @ Ashu who were arrested by the police. Other co-accused having similar allegation have been granted bail by different benches of this court. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IX, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 92/2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 45/2018/309/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
