Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has received notice under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C and thus seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
