JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Session Trial Number. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.09.2013 in connection with Araria ( Bairgachhi) P.S.Case No. 404 of 2013 registered under Sections 366A, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7351 of 2014 and, I am also not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner on the grounds mentioned in the above stated order dated 11.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7351 of 2014, accordingly prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Araria ( Bairgachhi) P.S.Case No. 404 of 2013,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51817 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 corresponding to sessions trial no. 54 of 2014, pending in the court of Ad-hoc Additional Session Judge-IV Araria stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
