The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 354 and 354-A of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that though the alleged incident is said to have taken place on 17th September, 2014 but the written report was submitted to the police on 28th October, 2014 pursuant to which the aforesaid police case was registered and investigation was taken up.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51538 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara) in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014.
