Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he got 3 acres 72 decimals of land through sale deed of khata no.570 and plot no.207.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7169 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 The petitioner filed petition for demarcation of land before the Circle Officer, but the Circle Officer did not pass any order even after measurement. The petitioner also filed representation before the Collector, Kishanganj for redressal of his grievances.

Considering the facts and nature of disputes, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file proper petition before the DCLR under the Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Act for redressal of his grievances, who shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within six months from the date of filing of the petition.
