The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bagaha (Pathakhauli) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is only identifier of the purchaser. He is neither vendee nor vendor and has got nothing to do with the alleged sale and purchase of land. The dispute is of civil nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63283 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathakhauli) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
