Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53567 of 2013 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 of 2012 in a proceeding under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
