Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned A.C. to G.P.-4 submits that pursuant to the order dated 28.09.2022 passed by this Court, the S.S.P., Gaya had formed a Special Investigating Team to recover the victim girl. The victim girl has been recovered on 01.11.2022 and her statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. has been placed before this Court. The victim girl has stated that she had solemnized the love marriage.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1274 of 2021(3) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl was minor.

Be that as it may, since the victim girl has already been recovered, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure proper investigation of the case and submission of a report in terms of the provisions of Cr.P.C. within a reasonable period.
