2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant's brother with bat and also assaulted informant with butt of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
