JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was in habit of hurling filthy words from his mobile phone to niece of the informant while she was on way to her school. He also took Rs.50,000/- and demanded more money from the brother of the informant for not uploading the photographs on the internet. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sister of the informant was in love with the petitioner and when his family refused to marry, this false case has been lodged by her brother. FIR has been lodged after inordinate delay and there is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai in Muffasil Police Station Case No. 132 of 2021.
