2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2023 instituted under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that the victim was in a relationship with Ranjit Kumar and she accompanied him to Maharastra and stayed with him for one month after getting married to him. The petitioner no. 1 is the mother of Ranjit Kumar and petitioner no. 2 is the sister of Ranjit Kumar. There is no role assigned to the petitioners.

4. The victim girl has been found to be major as per the medical report.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
