Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation raising his grievance before the Additional Collector, Kishanganj, respondent No. 6 but the respondent No. 6 is sitting tight over the matter and he has not decided the representation of the petitioner. In view of the representation of the petitioner pending before the respondent No.6, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 6 along

Patna High Court CWJC No.1504 of 2017(3) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 with a copy of this order for ventilation of his grievance. In case the petitioner approaches the respondent No. 6 along with a copy of this order, the respondent No. 6 is required to pass a reasoned order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
