2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the informant's daughter had willingly and voluntarily accompanied him and they had solemnized marriage as evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

4. Learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel appearing suo motu for the informant invites attention to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, according to which the victim girl appeared in Court room and stated that she had been forcibly kidnapped by the petitioner and taken to Delhi.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
