Petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No.1028 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399 and 402 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and live cartridge has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
