JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report along with others on the accusation that they took informant's husband along with his vehicle and later on, the dead body of the informant's husband was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that only suspicion has been raised and moreover, co-accused, Munna Pandey and others have already been admitted to bail by different benches of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52147 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 385 of 2014 arising out of Sakara P.S. Case No. 229 of 2011.
