In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.277 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(B)/509/354(C )/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he used to threat the victim through his mobile that if she enters into the marriage, she would be killed. Allegation has also been made of threatening of Acid. On 7.4.2016 while the victim was going to appear in B.S.C. Part-III examination, the petitioner followed her and started teasing her. When she called her father and mother, the petitioner fled away.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28492 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today, the court below will pass appropriate order on the same day without prejudiced by this Court.
