In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 294 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 354(B), 354(D), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made by the informant that while she was returning to her house from Kali Mandir after offering Puja, in the way she met with the present petitioner and his father thereafter, the present petitioner asked her why she is not talking with him and in presence of his father, he started teasing and put the vermilion on her head.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that it looks

Looking to facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 294 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
