JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, very fairly submits that earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected by Annexure-1. Thereafter, it is submitted that during pendency of the present bail application, all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now the trail is nearing conclusion.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that even statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as trial has nearly concluded. The Court below is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded expeditiously

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64754 of 2021(2) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

In the event, if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period for no fault of the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court below.
