It is alleged that while inspecting another premise from near the shop of the petitioner, 3 bottles of countrymade liquor were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, admittedly, it was not from the shop of the petitioner or from his conscious possession.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within five weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30980 of 2016 (3) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Harsidhi PS Case No 131 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
