Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 5673 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. case No. 409 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 10 liters of country made liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.6. 2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49223 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 5673 of 2019 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 409 of 2019.
