JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the complainant has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya vide order dated 23.2.2015 passed in ABP No. 144 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or

No.37785 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 877 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
