The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present writ petition has stood allowed by an order dated 18.07.2023, in terms of the judgment dated 25.05.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 9422 of 2022 (Satyendra Rai v. The State of Bihar and Others), however, the petitioner had filed an interlocutory application bearing I.A. no. 1 of 2022 for rectification of the details of the land, mentioned in the prayer portion of the main writ petition, wherein it has been stated that
Patna High Court CWJC No.13988 of 2022(4) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 the correct details of the land are as follows :- " Survey Plot no. 2638 situated at Nepali Nagar/ Rajiv Nagar."

The learned counsel for the respondents have got no objection, in case the Survey Plot Number is rectified. 3.
Accordingly, it is directed that the Survey Plot Number of the Plot in question shall be read as Survey Plot No. 2638.
