JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 With the agreement of the parties, the present writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority i.e. the Joint Secretary cum Director (Administration), Bihar, Patna to reconsider the quantum of punishment in view of the fact that the superintendent, Divisional Jail, Bihar Sharif has stated in his report that the petitioner had presented himself at the jail premises from 10.12.2014 to 11.02.2015. It is further directed that the respondent no. 3 may not be influenced by the punishment order already passed since this Court by the present order has directed for reconsideration of the quantum of punishment in light of the facts stated hereinabove, hence the final order, with regard to the quantum of
